Spa Serenity celebrates 15 years on 3rd Street in Downtown Baraboo this April 2021. In April of 2006, I ( Lacey Welsh at the time) was just a girl with an idea and a LOT of ambition. I knew I wanted to be able to offer massages and other spa services to locals at an affordable rate, I also knew I wanted to create my business in Downtown Baraboo where I would have support from other small business owners. Luck or planning was on my side. 15 years later, I could not have ever imagined what Spa Serenity would have become to me, my current (and past staff), &  the community.

Throwback!

Our senior staff often like to reminisce about “the good old days” when we were smaller and I could make executive decisions to close for the afternoon to head to Devil’s Lake! Those days are gone, as we have grown, so has the employee handbook! 

While those days are gone, I often reflect on how lucky I am to be a part of this organization, an organization that gets the opportunity to positively impact so many people every day. I often take the opportunity to sit in the lounge and listen to guests and staff interact and feel so proud that our team has created this Gem of a Spa right here in Baraboo where guests feel so comfortable and Joyful.

New Adventures!

Since we celebrated our last milestone in 2016, we have focused evolving into a sustainable business and creating new service and adding speciality treatments to enhance our guests experience and options. 

Our 15th year is not without exciting new Adventures, In June of 2021 Spa Serenity will be closing our beloved Salon. After 6 years, Spa Serenity and our talented Stylists have decided to part ways to make space for a NEW Adventure in the salon space ( BIG Announcement) coming soon. Tiffany and Ashley will be continuing to work together in their own NEW Business venture.

To mark our 15 years in business we will also be hosting a Orchard to Table Dinner at Ski Hi Fruit Farm on Saturday September 18th, do you all remember the Amazing Beautiful Magical Farm to Pavement Dinner that we held in May of 2016? This Dinner will be a Magical reproduction of that dinner right in the orchard. Compete with Locally sourced cocktails, live music, Dinner from our beloved Ishanala, followed by an evening under the stars with entertainment by our friends from Piano Fondue & lots of sweet treats from the Ski Hi Bakery. 

Tickets will be very limited, do not wait to get yours. 

Oh and… the proceeds from this dinner will directly benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Baraboo Area  NEW “Club on the Go” , an outreach program that is designed to reach children in our community who are not able to attend the Boys and Girls Club due to limitations. The Club will now come to at risk neighborhoods in the Baraboo Area.
