Business Manager
Tricia Jones joined the Spa Serenity team in 2014.
After working in the Wisconsin Dells hospitality industry for many years she decided to return to the spa industry. Which took her back to school to obtain a Nail Technician license. That path led her to Spa Serenity where she became the Spa Manager. From 2014 to 2021 she assisted in the growth of the Spa Serenity Team and business and in 2022 transitioned into her current role as the Business Manager.
As a Spa Manager Tricia implemented structure and cohesiveness to the growing day spa. Today as our Business Manager, Tricia’s dedication and can figure out attitude is perfect for strategic planning and to support these growing businesses.
Tricia adds the sprinkles to the top of the ice cream wherever she goes.
