Spa Serenity Full time Spa Retail Coordinator with 30-40 hours a week ( based on volume ) dedicated to Retail and Inventory Management. Spa Serenity Retail Coordinator will be working ahead (1 season to 1 year) of the Spa Serenity Team to develop and coordinate each seasonal Flip in store and maintain the proper amount of product to meet sales goals and guests needs. This position will coordinate with all departments to support in person retail sales and visual merchandising.

Spa Serenity Retail coordinator is a position designed to manage incoming retail inventory from ordering to final sale, but coordinating with Business Manager, Front desk, front desk manager, and Content Creator. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, creativity, self managing & communication between various departments in the Spa Serenity organization. This is a full time position with your time split about 80/20 between Retail Coordinator and Spa Serenity Front Desk duties.

• Create SKU  ( Barcodes) /  Price
• Unpack Inventory
• Organize Future Shipments in storage area
• Create pricing stickers, price inventory
• Merchandise inventory on the sales floor
• Inventory timeline
  • Quarterly inventory
  • Monthly inventory
  • Annual Inventory 1-2 Days per year
  • Updating inventory in Booker
  • Core Brands taken weekly
• Social Media
  • Coordinate with Content Creator & Assistant manager for Social posts and product Launches
  • Creating staged pictures and videos daily for social media accounts
  • Quarterly photoshoots with content creator
  • Creating content talking face to face with the camera
  • Live videos (comfortable in front of the camera)
  • Know how to use social media business platforms such, facebook, instagram, google business.
  • Create & place refill boutique orders based on budget and demand
  • Keep the retail ordering binder organized
• Assist in coordinating Seasonal Flips
• Organizing product
• Ensure product is priced and unpackaged and ready to hit the floor
• Creating a plan for backstock
• Directing other staff members on duties
• End of Season Plan and execution

Physical Requirements |
1. Lift up to 60lbs while walking up and down stairs
2. Sit and stand for extended lengths of Time
3. Climb ladder with Boxes
