Preparing for Your Day of Serenity
How far in advance do I need to schedule appointments?
Spa Serenity suggests that you schedule appointments at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance for weekend availability, however we will strive to accommodate all last-minute and day of requests. Always give us a call to check last minute available
What do I need to schedule a service?
At the time of scheduling services please be prepared with a credit card number to secure all services. Guests can make any changes or cancellations to any services 24 hours prior to service time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled after the end of the previous day will incur a 50% service charge. No-shows will be charged the full service amount
When should I arrive?
You are welcome to arrive at Spa Serenity as early as you would like, but no less than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service(s). Please be advised that, regardless of your arrival time, all treatments will end at the scheduled time in order to accommodate other guests.
What should I wear for my spa services?
You may dress how you like, we suggest you wear your most comfortable clothing. Please leave any valuables at home or locked in your vehicle. Spa Serenity LLC is not responsible for any missing or damaged items.
How should I pay?
Spa Serenity accepts cash, all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express), & Baraboo Chamber of Commerce Dollars
What is the appropriate amount for a gratuity?
Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on your satisfaction of your service. A service fee of 18% to 22% is common.
Gift Card Information
Spa Serenity Gift Cards are available in any denomination starting at $25. Gift cards have a five year expiration date. You can purchase gift certificates directly from our website by using the “Buy Gift Cards” drop down, located above.

Cancellation Policy
Canceled or rescheduled appointments 24 hours or less of appointment time will incur a 50% service charge. No-shows are charged the 100% service amount.
Communication Policy
For the Serenity of all guests, PLEASE turn your cell phone and pager to silent mode while you are enjoying your time with us. All service times include pre and post-consultation time to ensure that we are providing a unique treatment to meet all of your needs.
Privacy Policy
You can be assured that your personal information will be kept confidential. We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any other specific personal information.
Return Policy
Products may be returned with proof of purchase if the products are in original package and were not opened or used and you want to return them for any reason – you can bring them back to us for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were opened and used.
