If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact Spa Serenity by PHONE CALL, as email communication can be unreliable and may not be seen in time. Canceled or rescheduled appointments made 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% service charge, while no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
