Preparing for Your Day of Serenity

How far in advance do I need to schedule appointments?

Spa Serenity suggests that you schedule appointments at least 7 to 14 days in advance for optimum availability, however we will strive to accommodate all last-minute requests.

What do I need to schedule a service?

At the time of scheduling services please be prepared with a credit card number to secure all services. Guests can make any changes or cancellations to any services 24 hours prior to service time. Changes or cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled services will be charged 50% of the cost of services. No-shows will be charged in full.

When should I arrive?

You are welcome to arrive at Spa Serenity as early as you would like, but no less than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service(s).  Please be advised that, regardless of your arrival time, all treatments will end at the scheduled time in order to accommodate other guests.

What should I wear for my spa services?

You may dress how you like, we suggest comfortable clothing. If you are enjoying multiple services at Spa Serenity we will provide you with a plush bathrobe and luxurious slippers to wear during your time with us. Please leave any valuables at home or locked in your vehicle. Spa Serenity LLC is not responsible for any missing or damaged items.

How should I pay?

Spa Serenity accepts cash, all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express), Baraboo Chamber of Commerce Dollars, Spa Finder or Spa Wish as forms of payments. Please note. If any portion of your payment includes Spa

Finder or Spa Wish Gift Cards your services will not be eligible to receive any discounts. This includes Coupons, Group discounts, package pricing or any other discounts. Please also note that Spa Finder or Spa Wish cards are processed through a 3rd party, Spa Serenity may not be able to accept these gift cards or certificates if we are not able to process them for any reason. Please present these methods of payment at the time of check in to ensure a timely check out. Also note that if the Spa Serenity Staff is unable to process the Spa Finder or Spa Wish the guest will be responsible for the service payment in full.  Thank you for your understanding.

What is the appropriate amount for a gratuity?

Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on your satisfaction of your service. A service fee of 18% to 22% is common.

Gift Card Information

Spa Serenity Gift Cards are available in any denomination starting at $25. Gift cards may not be used toward gratuities. Gift cards have a five year expiration on them.  You can purchase gift certificates directly from our website by using the “Buy Gift Cards” drop down, located above.

Groups

Please call Spa Serenity  608.356.4727 for group information. We would be delighted to accommodate any special occasions.

Cancellation Policy

Spa Serenity requires at least a 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled service to avoid being charged 50 percent of the total of the services scheduled. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service and no-shows will be charged in full.

Communication Policy

For the Serenity of all guests, PLEASE turn your cell phone and pager to silent mode while you are enjoying your time with us.  All service times include pre and post-consultation time to ensure that we are providing a unique treatment to meet all of your needs.

Privacy Policy

You can be assured that your personal information will be kept confidential. We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any other specific personal information.

Return Policy

We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping or refund your original purchase price for that item when we receive your damaged products back to us. If the products are in original package and were not opened or used and you want to return them for any reason – you can send them back to us for a refund within 3 weeks of your purchase. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were opened and used.
